About Me

Introduction

I’m a UX researcher and designer with a background in Fine Art and a strong interest in how perception shapes experience. My journey into UX began with a fascination for how people interpret the world, a thread I’ve followed through a diploma in UX Design and an MA in UX and Service Design.

My Journey

  • Started in Fine Art: Beginning through my Fine Art Degree, I was drawn to how perception shapes experience.

  • Shift to UX: This curiosity about what influences behaviour led me to explore UX.

  • Building Foundations: I completed a professional diploma in UX design and volunteered with a marketing company as a UX consultant, building a strong foundation in UX principles and practice.

  • Deepening Understanding: During my MA in UX and Service Design, I deepened skills in behavioural research, collaboration, and service thinking.

  • Practise into Action: At Cambridge University Press & Assessment, I strengthened my ability to work in agile teams and embed behavioural frameworks into UX research.

How I Work

I'm drawn to complex, layered problems, the kind that ask not just “what” but “why”. Whether exploring laundry habits or energy use, I focus on how perception, context and emotion shape decision-making. My approach is collaborative and methodical, breaking them down at their root. Shaped by my MA and internship at Cambridge University Press & Assessment, I see design as a continuation of research, iterative and insight-led.

Values & Impact

I care deeply about accessibility, sustainability, and the ethical impact of design and am drawn to work on projects that make meaningful change for users. Exploring subjects including hygiene, energy use and wellbeing across my work. When volunteering to aid students at university I’ve seen how systems can either support or exclude, and I’m committed to creating inclusive and positive experiences.

Let’s Connect
